Careers

We are a growing company founded by former foster kid turned youth advocate Josh Shipp. Our work has been featured by CNN, Good Morning America, Oprah, NY Times, and named to Inc. Magazine’s 30 under 30 list.

Our work is all about positively influencing young people and those who care for young people. We believe EVERY kid is ONE caring adult away from being a success story.

We have an integrated suite of products, programs, and brands under our care.

CURRENTLY HIRING:

Success Coach – “I love helping others succeed”

• Live Events Producer – “I’m creative and detail oriented”
