How do YOU see yourself?


1.    Has someone ever said or told you something negative about you (or your worth)?  What was said?  How did it make you feel?
2.    Who are the people in your life who have communicated best to you that you have incredible value and worth?  What kinds of things did they do to communicate that?
3.    What difficult things have you accomplished that made you feel good about your ability?  What did you do?  How were you able to accomplish that?


Write down something that you know you need to do that is Good for you AND Scares you.  Commit to yourself to do that thing.  Expect to fail, and remind yourself that failure just means you’re trying.
