Things you hate doing?
1. What is something you HATE doing but know that you absolutely need to do it?
2. What will happen to you in the long-term if you continue to NOT do what you wrote down as your answer to number 1. Be as specific as possible. Don’t gloss over the negative ramifications. Be honest with yourself.
3. Write a paragraph that describes what your life would look like if you totally accomplished that thing that you hate doing. Write it in the present tense, as though it’s already happened. EXAMPLE: “I am not 25 pounds overweight. I am in shape, able to feel good about myself and my weight, and have the energy to make it through the day without feeling weary. I eat healthy food and don’t binge on bad food.”
